The system operates on a client-server architecture consisting of three core elements:
SBM Service: A background Windows Service installed on a central server or network-accessible machine. It hosts the internal application database and manages all client connectivity.
SBM Console: The primary interface utilized by system administrators. It links directly to the central service over LAN, Intranet, or the Internet via encrypted HTTP/TCP connections.
